Explore Occitania and its many sites on this unique 1 week group tour. In the footsteps of the story of "White Lie" we follow the trail of the Knights Templar and Otto Rahn to discover the biggest secret of the western world!


We visit Rennes-le-Château, Rennes-les-Bains, Carcassonne, Montségur, Ussat-Ornolac, the Bethlehem Cave & Collioure, the rock Church of Galamus where I will sing the original Aramaic version of the Lord's Prayer, and the chapel of Laval.

This includes transfers to and from Toulouse airport (if needed, also Carcassonne airport/train station), accommodation based on 2 people sharing, all meals from dinner on day 1 to breakfast on day 8 (except on day 4 when lunch is not included) and all excursions as mentioned in the program.

Detailed itinerary

Day 1
Transfer from Toulouse or Carcassonne to the hotel, La Maison Templière in Belvianes. Meet & Greet. Dinner.


Day 2
We discover the enigma of Rennes-le-Chateau and the amazing places in and around Rennes-les-Bains, like the Devil's Chair, the Dragonfly Stone and strange markings on a tomb... Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.


Day 3
We visit the medieval town of Alet-les-Bains with its ruined cathedral, old square with half timbered houses, and the "House of Nostradamus". In the afternoon we visit the incredible Notre Dame de Marceille in Limoux, with its strange statues and sacred well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.


Day 4
Today we drive to the Mediterranean (Vermeille Coast) to visit Collioure and its medieval castle, which was at one time the headquarters of the Knights Templar Order. We also have some time off in the afternoon to enjoy the boulevard and the beautiful seaside. Breakfast and dinner included.


Day 5
We visit the most famous Cathar Castle in the world, Montségur. We will also visit Ornolac and the famous Bethlehem Cave with the pentacle. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.


Day 6
Today we visit the Laval church to discover the strange symbols and signs left by the old brotherhoods to mark the places as special. Also we will visit the beautiful monastery of St. Anthony of Galamus with its incredible natural rock church. Here I will sing the Abwoen in Aramaic. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.


Day 7
Day excursion to Carcassonne, the biggest walled medieval city in Europe. There is free time to hunt for the most unique souvenirs as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.


Day 8
Transfer to Toulouse or Carcassonne after breakfast.
